THE RENOVATION AT CHESTNUT HILL was a 2 year long project that we got asked to be a part of, documenting the entirity of the construction - from demolition to rebuild. We witnessed the extreme change of a small mediterranean style home into a modern architectural piece. With video and photo solutions we help this home owner not only increase the sale price by showcasing his property to real-estate agents and investors the right way, but also create a portfolio for his future endevours in project management.
